Commanding 180 degree views towards the South Pole the house has been designed and renovated around a galleried sitting area. The garden has been terraced and leads to the long lap pool with its infinity edge. A nearby scuba dive team will come and teach in the pool. Steps lead down to the beach below. |

The 4 bedrooms - consisting of 3 doubles and 1 twin - are all air con with ensuite bathrooms and the villa has staff to match its beauty - an excellent chef and 3 stewards. In case you need an escape from the tranquility and peace, there is a home theatre complete with projector. |

At the foot of the cliff steps is a manicured lawn and beach pavilion. The beach itself is a good walking one. Largely deserted and with palm trees hugging the sand. It is not safe for small kids to swim in the sea out of the private beach gate although there is a small rock pool for paddling. A few minutes away by tuk tuk however and you will arrive at the fabulous Mirissa Beach. A perfect half moon shape bay with waves rolling in. Enjoyed by a few people who know of it there are one or two beach bars and restaurants along this beach. |

You will appreciate that we have seen a fair number of villas and whilst all frankly are fabulous, there are a handful that stand out. Pointe Sud is one of a very few that sits comfortably with the luxury villas of the world. No adjective can do it justice. |
