I was delighted when I first saw this villa as it immediately came across as a luxurious haven perfect for my more discerning clients. Finally a villa owner gets it right. It is the latest luxury villa on the beach in the Galle area and raises the standard yet higher. This is a fabulous villa about 20 mins from Galle with stunning views out to sea and although it can accomodate up to 10 it will do just as well for a couple. |

|
A large garden and pool; a small and invariably deserted beach accessed via the private beach gate; a Sat tv room for when the kids get boring; a kitchen for foodies and the domaine of the Head Chef; antiques from Sri Lanka and Indonesia; soft barefoot luxury; every bedroom with overhead fans and air con; ensuite bathrooms worthy of spending time in; large fabulous rain water showers and everywhere an attention to detail rarely seen in 'holiday homes'. |

About 20 mins down the coast from the UNESCO world heritage Galle Fort, Indisch sits on a small promontory. Entering the gate the magnificent house is displayed for you across a lawn that has a small ornate water feature. It is a two story house with a grand entrance, and hallway, centrally located. The kitchen to the right is modern and spacious and the TV/music/dvd room with soft sofas is to the left. All five bedrooms are on the first floor and accessed from a 'square shaped' covered balcony that on one side has the bedrooms and on the other has an open sky view providing light and air. The master suite and second bedroom - both doubles - have covered terraces overlooking the garden and out to sea. |
| |
|
There is a further double and two twin bedrooms, all ensuite. All beds are 4-poster with fitted mosquito nets. |
| |
|
The house has been designed and built by those who live in this part of the world and who enjoy it. It is now offered exclusively as a rental option to those who would appreciate the effort and as such reap the reward from a well earned holiday. |

Ireland - James and Joanna Fennell , Indisch is brilliantly located not far from Galle and close to some of the best beaches such as Marissa and Wajiya. Its feels colossal when staying there, so much room with plenty of places to chill. A huge pool down to its own beach. Staff were fabulous, |

Switzerland - Jeremy White , One of the world's great luxury villas. Palatial proportions with vast bedrooms and bathrooms. Alfresco dining on the expansive terrace with the sound of the Indian Ocean crashing on the nearby rocks. Wonderful staff at a higher ratio than any five star |
